Terms of Service

Viral Video Promos is an AI promo-video creation tool operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Viral Video Promos.

2. Your photos, products, and likeness rights

You are solely responsible for the images and product information you provide. By uploading a photo you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have permission to use it.
  • You have the right to use the likeness of any person shown, and you have their consent.
  • You have the right to advertise the product or business featured in your promo.
  • You will not upload images of other people to impersonate them, deceive viewers, defame, harass, or otherwise violate their rights.

3. Advertising responsibility

Promos feature AI-generated presenters, not real customers or endorsers. You are responsible for how you publish and run the videos you generate, including complying with advertising law and platform rules — such as disclosing AI-generated content where required and not presenting a promo as a genuine customer testimonial. Our script tools apply guardrails, but the claims in your final ad are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Viral Video Promos to create or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights. We use automated moderation and may reject uploads, refuse renders, or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. They are provided "as is." Review every promo before you publish it.

6. Payment

Viral Video Promos is sold as one-time promo packs. Each render consumes promos from your pack as shown before you confirm. Billing and credits are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

You keep your rights to the images you upload. Subject to these Terms and your payment, you receive a license to use the videos you generate, including for commercial purposes. The platform, software, and promo formats remain the property of The Hollis Organization Inc.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hollis Organization Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
