Refund Policy

Viral Video Promos is operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. This explains how video packs and refunds work.

Promo packs

Promo packs are a one-time purchase. Pack promos never expire and stay on your account until used. Each render consumes the number of promos shown before you confirm (typically one promo per video). The $19 first pack is a one-time offer per account.

Failed renders

If a render fails without producing a usable video, it does not consume a promo — you are only charged when a render completes successfully. If you are ever charged for a render that failed, contact us and we will credit your account.

Refunds

Because each promo has a real per-render cost, pack charges are generally non-refundable once promos have been used. If you have not used promos from a recent charge, contact us and we will review your request case by case. Where local consumer law grants additional refund rights, those rights still apply.
