Viral Video Promos is operated by The Hollis Organization Inc. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details (your email address).
• Photos and product images you upload to create promos.
• Product and business details you provide (or that we read from a website you give us).
• The scripts and videos you generate.
• Basic usage and billing information.

How we use it

We use your information to generate and deliver your promos, operate your account, process payments, screen content for safety, and provide support.

Service providers

To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with:

• MuAPI — generates the videos (your selected photos, the format prompt, and your approved script are sent to render).
• OpenAI — drafts your scripts and runs automated moderation of text and images.
• Stripe — processes payments (we never store your full card details).
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Your uploads and generated videos are stored in our cloud storage and kept until you delete them or we remove them. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Your choices

You can stop uploading at any time and request that we delete your data by contacting us.

Children

Viral Video Promos is not intended for anyone under 18.
